Uncoated pans or Cromargan® pans are designed for all dishes which are to be crusty outside and succulent inside, such as meat. With this versatile pan it is possible to sear very quickly at a very high temperature and it is also ideal for browning. The robust, scratch-resistant pan with an extremely long lifespan is resilient to extreme heat when frying and the temperature shock e.g. when cold water or wine is added. The TransTherm® universal base, which is suitable for all standard cookers, conserves heat very well, and with lid the Cromargan® pans are also ideal for braising and steaming. The Cromargan® pan is also dishwasher safe, takes on no aroma and is oven-proof (restrictions with plastic handles).
